Primary 2008

On Tuesday, May 27 voters will go to the polls for the Idaho primary election. I hope that on May 28 we're reading headlines about record voter turnouts!
On your ballot will also be the name of a candidate in your specific precinct for the position of precinct committeeman. These are partisan positions for both the Republican and Democratic Central Committees in Kootenai County.
In Precinct 24 my name will appear on your ballot. I've served as a precinct committee member for the Kootenai County Republican Central Committee since 2002 and would like to serve another two-year term. I'm unopposed on the ballot but a candidate needs a minimum number of votes to secure the position.
